Taylors Wines appointed Northburn Partners Consulting to consider options for their future head office accommodation. Taylors had owned the same property in Sydney for many years and this property had originally been used for wine bottling and warehousing as well as office accommodation. The bottling and warehousing had long since moved elsewhere so the premises provided only office space despite the size of the property.

PPC recommended a relocation to leased premises in a more central location and the sale of the existing, freehold property. The market for buildings such as the one owned was strong given the interest in converting commercial properties to residential. As such, price expectations were easily achieved.

Taylors relocated to Alexandria in Sydney, a location that suited the staff. PPC arranged for the designers and builders to bid for the works and then project managed the delivery. The result was an award winning converted warehouse accommodating both Taylors wine tasting facility and their head office.
