Northburn Partners Consulting were engaged to find, design and deliver a new office for Nokia Location and Commerce in Melbourne, Australia. The entire project was to be complete in only 4 months.

Our brief required us to act as the sole point of contact on the ground in Australia as there was no local facility management presence. All direction came from Nokia personnel located overseas, real estate in Chicago, facilities in Germany and IT from Fargo, North Dakota.

Our brief required us to integrate works with those being undertaken by the building owner as the building had been recently completed.

At just under 1,000 m2 the office contains a mixture of open plan, collaborative and both formal and informal meeting spaces..
